Stockholm's first contemporary luxury hotel
As every contemporary traveler knows, luxury today is not about flash, flaunting or excess in any traditional sense. Luxury in our times is a more subtle and complex quality: the privilege of enjoying our time in maximum comfort, ease, grace and efficiency, with a minimum of nuisance, regardless of our personal tastes and professional requirements.
Located in two historic late 19th-century buildings on Norrmalmstorg square, the single most central and attractive spot in downtown Stockholm, Nobis Hotel is an independent 201-room hotel offering every convenience and service any business and/or pleasure traveler could ever call for, in an environment of casual, classic, contemporary elegance. Our mission is to provide our guests with nothing but superior quality in every detail — plus something more in addition to that, something they never even knew they needed or desired.
In creating Nobis Hotel, we have used our own extensive experience as professional global travelers and really thought the hotel through from all angles and in every detail, always from the guest's perspective. We like to think that nothing in our hotel will be standard or routine, but always with something extra there to add quality to our guests' experiences.
Nobis Hotel has been designed for optimal function, beauty, comfort and atmosphere by world renowned Swedish star architect studio Claesson Koivisto Rune, in a style of contemporary yet timeless and classic, durable elegance, mainly in natural materials of superior quality, subtly influenced by the colors, moods and features of our Swedish Royal Capital.
The new center stage of Stockholm
At Nobis Hotel, you are at the very throbbing heart of Stockholm, with the best restaurants, shops, museums, sights, attractions and nightclubs our city has to offer within easy reach. There simply is no better location for a hotel in this town.
Our extensive public facilities area of 800 square meters features our great Italian restaurant Caina, a spacious atrium lobby and lounge — we like to call it Stockholm's new living room — a larger afternoon and evening bar, The Golden Bar, and a smaller 24-hour bistro and bar, the 24/7 bistro, serving freshly cooked brasserie fare and drinks around the clock.
These public spaces will form an inviting and exciting downtown scene and focal point, a dynamic main hub — not just for our guests, but also for all Stockholmers and visitors — seven days and nights a week, nonstop, all year round. Our unique experience in operating restaurants, nightclubs and hotels in this city for the past four centuries, as well as the location and the individual attraction of our hotel in itself, guarantee that when staying at Nobis Hotel, you will always be at the very center of what's going on in Stockholm in every sense.
