Our service manifesto
Kindness, knowledge, warmth, intuition and personality — these are some of the key values that will distinguish the service with which we will treat our guests at Nobis Hotel. We have built our service philosophy on our own extensive experience as professional travelers, trusting our own judgment and feelings exclusively, following no standard strategies, policies or manuals.
A fundamental principle in this service philosophy is the simple understanding that each and every individual is different — our guests as well as our employees. Our ambition, therefore, is not to treat every guest, or every employee, the same, but each and everyone differently, to suit each and every personality optimally. We will encourage our employees to show their own personalities, and to really try to see and appreciate the personalities of our guests. Our service should never be routine, but always tailored to the personal needs, requirements and wishes of our guests.
Some guests, for example, want to manage their affairs in a hotel with little or no interference from others. For those guests, we have employed all technological equipment available to enable them to work and relax in maximum comfort, with a minimum of disturbances.
For guests who prefer personal service we are always there, around the clock, ready to assist them in whatever the matter might be, with 24-hour room service, a 24-hour concierge and 24-hour technical support.
Profound and up-to-date knowledge of the city of Stockholm is a fundamental requirement in our recruitment of all staff involved in the personal service for guests at Nobis Hotel. We proudly claim that nobody knows the city of Stockholm better than Nobis Hotel. Our mission is to help our guests in every way we can to best enjoy this great city to the full.
It is our firm belief that our employees can only provide our guests with optimal service if they themselves are confident, inspired and proud in their own roles. We recruit only people with a true passion for the hotel profession, for their city, and, most important of all, for other people. We treat our employees with fairness and kindness, like members of an extended family. Continuous education and development are key principles of our staff policy.
