Using the season’s finest ingredients as their starting point, the chefs at NOI create NOI inspiring menu with influences from across Europe. A quick glance at the menu reveals dishes such as grilled octopus, seared tuna on a salt stone, and butter-roasted pointed cabbage with Karljohan mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and portobello mushrooms.

The materials used in NOI’s Chambre Séparée are all natural, such as tanned leather from Tärnsjö, solid walnut, mosaic parquet, and black marble. The color palette features shades of cognac, saffron yellow, and dark green. The Chambre Séparée was custom-designed by architects at Wingårdhs.

Our Chambre Separée is ideal as a private dining room or for a business lunch for up to 40 people.

Our 3-course group menu is available starting at 745 SEK per person
