Starting with the season's finest ingredients, the chefs at NOI create an inspiring menu with influences from across Europe. A quick look at the menu reveals dishes such as grilled octopus, seared tuna on salt stone, butter-baked pointed cabbage with porcini, oyster mushrooms, and portobello mushrooms.

The material choices in NOI's Chambre Separée are consistently natural, featuring tanned leather from Tärnsjö, solid walnut, mosaic parquet, and black marble. The color palette includes cognac, saffron yellow, and dark green. The Chambre Separée was custom-designed by architects at Wingårdhs.

Our Chambre Separée is perfectly suited as a private dining room or for a Meetings lunch for up to 40 people.

Our 3-course group menu is offered from SEK 745 per person.
