1. Introduction
1.1 These terms of use (“the terms of use”) apply when you visit our website and when Nobis provides services related to hotel stays, conference bookings, and restaurant experiences (“the services” or “our services”).
1.2 The website www.nobishotel.se and our services are operated and provided by
Nobis Hotel AB (org.nr. 556308-2394)
1.3 Our hotel is located at the following address:
Norrmalmstorg 2-4
111 57 Stockholm
1.4 To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and otherwise authorized to enter into agreements, as well as accept to be bound by the terms of use.
1.5 By using Nobis or any of our other products or services linked to these terms, you accept these terms of use.
2. Our Services
2.1 Nobis offers individuals and companies the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences in hotel, restaurant, Meetings, and events at our five-star hotel, centrally located in the heart of Stockholm.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the information, personal data, and, where applicable, login credentials that you provide through the use of our website and our services. You are also responsible for all use of our services and for protecting your login credentials against unauthorized access. Nobis therefore assumes no responsibility for your use of the information you provide through our services.
2.3 Nobis may in the future offer new solutions as part of our services. These solutions may be subject to special terms. If you, as a user, wish to activate or otherwise take part in these solutions, you must, where applicable, approve the special terms that apply to each respective solution.
2.4 Nobis and its partners may target offers to hotel guests and other users of our services, via email or otherwise. If you do not wish to receive targeted offers, you can notify Nobis in writing. More information regarding this can be found in our Privacy Policy.
3. Booking
3.1 When booking hotel rooms, you and Nobis agree on the terms for your hotel stay. These terms are set forth partly in these terms of use and partly in your booking confirmation. Special rules apply to bookings for Meetings, events, and restaurants.
3.2 Hotel room bookings made via our website are processed through a third-party solution provided by AZDS Interactive Group / Sabre Hospitality Solutions and their booking engine, SynXis. By completing a booking through SynXis, you accept SynXis' terms of use and, where applicable, SynXis' specific terms for your booking. Within the scope of your booking process, you are also given the option to create an account and save information for future bookings.
We at Nobis therefore recommend that you carefully read the terms that apply to bookings made through SynXis.
3.3 Your booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. Confirmation and the booking number are typically provided in writing, but depending on the context, they may also be communicated verbally.
3.4 To book a hotel room at Nobis, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are over 18 and share a hotel room with a minor, you are fully responsible for the minor's use of the hotel room and our other services. For more information regarding hotel room bookings, please contact our booking department.
3.5 For hotel stays, our check-in and check-out times vary depending on the booking and room type. In most cases, these times are communicated via our website and through your booking confirmation. For updated information regarding your booking, please contact our booking department.
3.6 Bookings must be cancelled by 6:00 PM (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid being charged the total sum for the first night of your booking, including VAT. In the event of a no-show, a 'no-show fee' equivalent to the total sum for the first night of your booking, including VAT, will be charged.
3.7 Nobis has a limited number of rooms where pets are permitted. We can only accommodate pets if you have notified us in advance and received confirmation that we have available rooms. If you wish to know more, please contact our customer service.
3.8 Nobis reserves the right to charge SEK 2500 if smoking occurs in the room.
4. Payment
4.1 When you book our services via our website, by phone, or on-site at our hotel, you can choose to pay by debit card, credit card, or invoice. Purchases by invoice are administered by Klarna, and this service is exclusively available to corporate clients who have entered into a special agreement with Nobis. For payments made with debit or credit cards, Adyen B.V. handles all bank transactions related to our services by verifying that your card is valid for direct purchase with your bank. Your card details are transmitted directly to your bank via Adyen's system, and consequently, we at Nobis do not directly handle any bank or credit card numbers ourselves.
4.2 Should you choose to pay for our services with a debit or credit card, you have the option to pay with cards from Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners, and Euro Card. Your card details are sent directly to your bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank. All communication related to payments is encrypted according to the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for secure transmission over the Internet.
4.3. Beyond what is stated in section 4.2, Nobis is not obligated to accept other debit and credit cards, checks, vouchers, or foreign currency, apart from payment in Swedish Kronor, unless the hotel has offered to do so.
4.4 Your payment is handled by Ayden with secure encryption and in accordance with strict banking standards, known as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Furthermore, some purchases of our services are covered by 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode), provided this security mechanism is activated on your debit or credit card.
4.5 At Nobis, we do not charge any extra fees for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on the card type and bank. In the event that no payment is received after you have submitted your booking, the booking may automatically be cancelled.
