The interior design at Nobis Hotel was developed in collaboration with the world-renowned, multi-award-winning architecture and design studio Claesson Koivisto Rune, which has previously designed several other properties within the Nobis Group. Comfort, efficiency, individuality, atmosphere, elegance, contemporary timelessness, and enduring quality were guiding principles in the creation of our luxury hotel in Stockholm.

The aim was to create an environment that is restful, relaxing, and harmonious, where design, color schemes, and other interior elements serve as subtle components within a cohesive whole, rather than dominating the space.

Claesson Koivisto Rune's modern interior design is crafted to both harmonize with and subtly contrast the grand classical 19th-century character of the two hotel buildings. A subtle inspiration has been drawn from Stockholm's own color palette and atmosphere — not a radiant summer day, but a winter's day, when the light is soft, contrasts are low, and color shifts are subtle.

The interior design is understated, calm, and discreet, featuring many sophisticated touches and innovative, meticulously crafted details that reveal themselves over time. Modern technology has been seamlessly integrated into the design wherever possible, creating a unified, harmonious, and optimally functional environment.

For Nobis Hotel, a premier design hotel in Stockholm, Claesson Koivisto Rune has created an entire collection of unique patterns, many derived from the studio's previous architectural and design projects. These patterns form a consistent theme throughout Nobis Hotel. Furthermore, many furniture pieces, textiles, and other interior objects have been exclusively designed and produced for the hotel. The materials chosen are predominantly high-quality natural elements — including stone, wood, wool and other natural textiles, glass, leather, ceramics, and metals — selected for their ability to age beautifully.
